Senior Associate - Netsuite Functional

About the Role

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate – NetSuite Functional to support the implementation and delivery of NetSuite ERP solutions across multiple client engagements. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on system configuration, functional implementation, and execution support. The role involves close collaboration with US-based clients and teams and requires flexibility to work in overlapping US hours.

Who You Are

• An ERP consulting professional with strong hands-on experience in NetSuite

• Comfortable working as an individual contributor on complex implementations

• Experienced in translating business requirements into system configurations

• Confident collaborating with global, US-based clients and stakeholders

• Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and quality-driven in delivery

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment

• Willing to work flexible hours to support US time zone collaboration

What You’ll Do

• Configure and implement NetSuite modules including:

• Financials

• Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

• Translate business and functional requirements into NetSuite configurations

• Execute system setup using SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder

• Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and testing

• Assist with integrations and reporting requirements

• Participate in:

• Client workshops and requirement discussions

• Design sessions and solution walkthroughs

• System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation such as BRDs, test cases, and user guides

• Track and support issue resolution during implementation and testing phases

• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation hypercare

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on NetSuite experience (mandatory)

• Experience supporting full or partial lifecycle NetSuite implementations

• Comfort working with US-based clients and distributed teams

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification (preferred)

• Exposure to:

• SuiteScript

• Integrations using REST/SOAP or middleware platforms

• Strong understanding of finance and core business processes

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client interaction skills
