The Mobility team is the main team at Grab, responsible for managing all transport services nationwide. We aim to offer the best transportation services to passengers while providing job opportunities for drivers. By joining our team, you will be part of a committed group working to make a positive impact in everyday lives across Thailand. You will report to Senior Manager, Mobility. You will work onsite in Bangkok Office.

We are looking for a Senior Associate with creativity to boost growth and strengthen the transportation market in Thailand. We believe you have great rationale to cope with upfront un-expectation and high responsibility to accomplish your own process, but if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. In return, you will lead your own project and see the impact from what you do alongside with your supporting teammates!
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
• Manage important performance metrics, trying to find opportunities to capture growth for the mobility business focusing on affordable services
• Lay out operation for special events, liase with other teams within Grab to implement and assess performance
• Analyze large datasets, plan and roll out mobility features & products to enhance mobility experience of Grab users
What Essential Skills You Will Need
• A Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or similar fields
• Minimum 3 or more years of experience in transport, logistics or related filed.
• Data analysis and project management
• You will have good spoken and written English proficiency
• Work experience in data analysis, project management
• SQL proficiency
