• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden an deren Supply-Chain-Prozessen, stellst die SAP Standard Prozesse vor und führst fit to standard Workshops durch. Dabei definierst du die optimalste Lösung für unsere Kunden.

• Unterstütze unsere Kunden bei der Integration moderner Technologien wie IoT oder Predictive Analytics in ihre S/4HANA-Lösungen.

• Du leitest je nach Rolle ein kleines Team von Beratern in anspruchsvollen und dynamischen SAP-Transformationsprogrammen.

• Du teilst dein Wissen im Team und erweiterst deine Fähigkeiten durch gezielte Schulungen im Rahmen deines persönlichen Entwicklungsplans.

• Werde Teil eines wachsenden, dynamischen Teams, das SAP-Innovationen mit Branchenexpertise verbindet und entfalte dich in einem Umfeld, dass auf Teamarbeit, Vertrauen und gegenseitige Unterstützung setzt.

Dein Profil

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in Betriebswirtschaft, IT, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer digitalen Disziplin.

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Prozessberatung und Implementierung von SAP-Lösungen, idealerweise mit fundierter Expertise in SAP-Supply-Chain- und Logistikmodulen sowie einem tiefen Verständnis der zugehörigen Geschäftsprozesse.

• Das Erstellen von funktionalen Designs ist kein Fremdwort für dich und du bringst Erfahrung im SAP Customizing mit.

• Eine innovative Denkweise; Erfahrungen mit GenAI und Cloud-Technologien sind von Vorteil.

• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, eine „Can-Do“-Einstellung sowie fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Flexibilität für Einsätze in anderen Regionen der Schweiz und/oder im Ausland sowie eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis
