Role: Senior Executive – Last Mile

The Senior Executive – Last Mile will play a mission-critical role in ensuring seamless, timely, and high-quality order fulfilment for Glance and Roposo’s commerce ecosystem.
This role requires strong operational rigor, on-ground problem solving, and close collaboration with logistics partners, courier networks, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will own last-mile delivery performance, improve delivery KPIs, manage 3PL relationships, and work with supply, finance, and operations teams to ensure efficient and profitable fulfilment.

What You Will Be Doing

Operational Excellence & Daily Execution

• Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations: allocation, dispatch, tracking, and delivery performance.

• Monitor SLAs, ensuring compliance on TAT, Delivery Success Rate, and customer experience.

• Identify top issues across hubs, lanes, and partners to improve consistency and reliability.

Partner & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with 3PL partners, courier service providers, and internal logistics/supply teams to remove operational bottlenecks.

• Build strong relationships with delivery partners and vendors to help them operate profitably.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, supply, experience) for seamless end-to-end execution.

Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement

• Analyse key metrics such as FAD, RAD to OFD, RTO %, Zero Attempt RTO, and identify improvement opportunities.

• Drive initiatives to reduce RTOs and uplift delivery efficiency and customer experience.

• Lead process improvement projects and support adoption of tech-led solutions.

• Handle escalations from customers, stores, and partners with timely resolution.

Planning & Reporting

• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting for last-mile delivery performance.

• Support business planning through structured MIS and Excel-based dashboards.

• Present insights and actionables regularly to leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of last-mile logistics, courier operations, 3PL partner management, and e-commerce fulfilment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and logistics systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on problem solver with curiosity, initiative, and ownership.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate.

• 3–4 years of experience in last-mile operations (e-commerce, retail, logistics preferred).

• Proven success in managing courier partners / 3PL networks and improving delivery KPIs.
