Per il dipartimento Legal Financial Regulation di Milano siamo alla ricerca di un/una professionista con esperienza in materia di diritto bancario/dei mercati finanziari.
L’attività svolta si concentra prevalentemente sui settori del diritto bancario, dei mercati finanziari e del diritto assicurativo, con assistenza a una clientela sia nazionale che internazionale, riconducibile al comparto finanziario (banche, imprese di investimento, imprese di assicurazione e società di gestione del risparmio), con particolare attenzione anche ai profili legati al fintech e alla finanza sostenibile.

Requisiti:
• Laurea in Giurisprudenza;

• Buona preparazione di base in materia di diritto bancario, dei mercati finanziari e assicurativo;

• Iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato;

• Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
