We are looking for a Senior Associate – Investor Relations with 3–6 years of experience to support investor engagement and drive client acquisition. This role focuses on building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, and institutional investors, while ensuring existing clients receive timely updates, clear reporting, and a high standard of service. The position offers meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders and active involvement across the investor lifecycle.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end investor engagement, including ongoing communication, portfolio-related queries, and relationship management.
• Drive client acquisition by engaging with prospective investors, understanding their requirements, articulating the investment value proposition, and supporting deal closure.
• Prepare and present investor reports, performance updates, and presentation materials.
• Support fundraising and client acquisition initiatives through pitches, meetings, and outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems for leads, prospects, and investor relationships.
• Coordinate with external PR and branding partners and support investor events, conferences, and networking initiatives.
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, partnerships, and potential growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal investment, operations, and leadership teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent investor communications.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Finance specialization preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM platforms.
• Good understanding of financial markets and investment products is an advantage.
