Al fine di ampliare il dipartimento Tax di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/a praticante Dottore Commercialista o Avvocato e/o di un/a professionista abilitato/a che voglia proseguire il proprio percorso professionale in ambito International Tax.
La risorsa entrerà a far parte dell’US Desk, il team di fiscalità internazionale specializzato nella consulenza su operazioni e transazioni cross-border che coinvolgono investitori e gruppi multinazionali, con un focus specifico sul mercato statunitense.

La risorsa si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:

• Consulenza in materia di fiscalità internazionale;

• attività di pareristica e memorandum su tematiche fiscali complesse;

• attività di consulenza su operazioni straordinarie transfrontaliere (tax structuring, tax due diligence).

Requisiti:

• Laurea magistrale in Economia o Giurisprudenza;

• almeno 6 mesi di esperienza in ambito fiscale;

• interesse per l'abilitazione alla professione di Dottore Commercialista o Avvocato;

• ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che orale;

• il conseguimento di un master in diritto tributario costituisce un plus;

• ottime capacità di adattamento, analisi e problem solving.
