Senior Associate, Funds & Investment Management, Sydney - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

The Corporate Funds team in Sydney is seeking a talented Senior Associate–level funds lawyer to join us on a 12‑month fixed term contract, providing key coverage during a parental leave period.

• UK notional 3+ PQE in investment funds, private equity, corporate
• Strong experience in fund formation, structuring and fund documentation, including private fund offerings.
• Experience advising on investor negotiations, transfers and secondaries.
• Exposure to fund‑related M&A, co‑investments, joint ventures, or broader corporate transactional work advantageous.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail and ability to run workstreams with appropriate supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
• Australian qualification preferred; other common‑law qualified candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
