About the role
Our Employment team are looking for an experienced employment Senior Associate in the Auckland office.
Market leading partner Emma Peterson heads the team. You will work with, and learn from the best, and get exposure to interesting and complex employment matters. We are a busy team – working on a challenging and rewarding combination of advisory work, employment litigation and health and safety matters. You will have plenty of opportunities for development and advancement, while working in a flexible team.
For this role we are open to discussing part-time arrangements.
About you
If you're passionate about providing excellent client service, finding solutions to complex employment scenarios and collaborating with market leading lawyers then this role is for you.
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience as an employment lawyer in a senior role
Desire to contribute to a high performing team
Drive and ambition to succeed
You will have strong technical and written skills and enjoy building relationships with clients
