Position Title: Senior Associate – EBS Applications

Location: Six Flags & Aquarabia, Qiddiya City

At Six Flags & Aquarabia, Qiddiya City, the Senior Associate – EBS Applications is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems (Enterprise Business Suite) to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This includes providing system support, resolving technical issues, managing configurations, and coordinating enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related SAP modules is a plus.

Experience:

• 4 to 6+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA applications, preferably in roles involving system configuration, support, and optimization.
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP EAM implementations (design, configuration, deployment, and go-live).
• Hands-on experience in Run & Maintain of SAP EAM, including user support, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, operations, and IT to align SAP EAM capabilities with asset management needs.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, especially related to enterprise operations (e.g., finance, logistics, plant maintenance).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex system issues.
• Ability to develop and implement IT policies and operational procedures.
• Proven experience in aligning SAP system capabilities with evolving business needs.
• Skilled in managing SAP system upgrades, applying patches, and handling custom developments.
• Leadership skills to guide and support junior team members.
• Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Job-Specific Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain SAP EBS applications, ensuring full functionality across all relevant modules.

Provide user support and troubleshooting, delivering prompt solutions and process improvements.

Monitor system logs and performance metrics, addressing any operational risks or issues.

Coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and business units.

Configure and customize SAP modules to align with evolving departmental needs.

Ensure system data integrity and security by conducting routine checks and implementing best practices.

Prepare and deliver user training materials; conduct workshops to improve adoption.

Collaborate with finance, HR, and operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop technical documentation including workflows, configurations, and support guides.

Support system integrations with third-party tools and platforms, ensuring accurate and secure data exchange.

Lead testing efforts for all system changes to ensure stability and functionality.

Stay informed on SAP best practices and propose strategic improvements or innovations.

Liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary for specialized support.

Contribute to disaster recovery planning and ensure backup and recovery processes are in place.

Continuously assess system usage and recommend enhancements to boost performance and efficiency
