Who we want:

As a Sr. Associate, you’ll own some of our most critical performance marketing channels. This isn’t just a “support” role — you will directly shape how millions of people find and connect with Morgan & Morgan. Be in office 4x a week (Mon-Thu) with Fridays remote, reporting into Senior Manager of Search. You’ll:

• Own Paid Search Channels - Manage Microsoft Bing, Google Search, Local Service and PMAX campaigns

• Drive Performance - Handle pacing, budgets, creative tests, optimizations and campaign expansions

• Analyze & Improve - Turn data into actionable insights and share them with stakeholders

• Learn & Grow - Go beyond search - explore programmatic, display and more with the support and resources to make you a digital pro

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Experienced: 3+ years of hands-on in paid search with proven direct-response success

• Data-Driven: Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, media math and ROI analysis

• Clear & Confident: Strong communicator who can influence decisions

• Strategic: Ability to connect dots and foresee implications

• Results-Oriented: Takes ownership and executes projects to completion seamlessly

Nice to Have

• Deep experience or knowledge of one or more non-Search digital channels

• Google Analytics, DV360 or Salesforce experience

• Ability to build your own dashboards & data reports

• Exposure to the legal industry - tech or marketing

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

$70,000—$80,000 USD
