About the Job:

Riveron is seeking a Senior Associate to support the operational execution of our contingent workforce program. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll help ensure contractor engagements are managed seamlessly from initial request through onboarding, assignment management, and offboarding.

This is a high-visibility operational role that works directly with the Contingent Workforce Program Manager and partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leadership. You’ll be trusted to manage details, maintain data integrity, and ensure every contractor engagement meets firm standards for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Who You Are:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

· 2-4 years of experience in contingent workforce operations, recruiting, HR, staffing programs, or similar structured environments.

· A highly organized professional who thrives in process-driven settings.

· Experience managing workflows that involve multiple stakeholders, approval layers, and compliance requirements.

· Detail-oriented with a strong track record of maintaining clean, reliable operational data.

· Comfortable working across enterprise systems such as ATS, CLM, or workforce management tools (e.g., Ashby, Salesforce, Ironclad).

· Clear, professional communicator who can navigate cross-functional conversations with confidence.

· Someone who values accountability, consistency, and disciplined execution.

· Able to manage multiple concurrent engagements in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or accuracy.

What You’ll Do:

· Process Contractor Requests End-to-End

o Process contractor requests, ensuring complete documentation and accurate data before engagements move forward.

o Maintain visibility into all open requests and proactively manage progress through each stage of the lifecycle.

o Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate interviews, approvals, and engagement logistics.

o Provide timely, clear updates to business leaders and cross-functional teams.

· Oversee the Contractor Lifecycle

o Manage operational workflows for onboarding, assignment management, extensions, renewals, and offboarding.

o Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure all required approvals, documentation, and system updates are completed.

o Maintain accurate records of contractor start dates, end dates, rates, status changes, and engagement history.

o Monitor assignment timelines and proactively flag upcoming renewals or offboarding actions.

o Assist with contractor recruiting efforts, including screening potential contractors and sourcing.

· Maintain Program Data & Reporting Integrity

o Ensure engagement data remains consistent and accurate across systems.

o Maintain dashboards and tracking tools that provide visibility into contractor activity and program utilization.

o Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues to protect reporting accuracy.

o Support preparation of operational reporting for leadership and key stakeholders.

· Support Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

o Serve as a key point of coordination between staffing agencies and internal stakeholders.

o Track vendor submissions and support candidate evaluation logistics.

o Maintain thorough documentation of vendor interactions and engagement records.

· Strengthen Operational Excellence

o Support ongoing refinement of contingent workforce documentation, templates, and procedures.

o Ensure processes are consistently followed across engagements.

o Contribute to initiatives that improve program visibility, consistency, and scalability.
