• Setup the required systems for new client/fund launches and some conversions.
• Liaise with the Client Integration Team lead for all matter relating to systems setups.
• In the case of conversions, load the latest fund NAV and TA information into the applicable systems.
• Work as part of a team on large onboarding projects.
• Participate in projects across departments and act as a representative of the team.
• Respond to stakeholders ensuring superior customer service is provided.
• Work well with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-boarding of new funds.
• Aid other organizational efforts / initiatives as required to support the roll out of new products and banking services.
• Ensure full compliance with ISAE/SOC standards relating to the onboarding or conversion of new funds.
• Ensure internal checklists are completed and signed off.
• Ad hoc tasks, as required.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the funds industry preferably in a fund accounting or transfer agency role.
• Client focused with proven ability to manage client relationships
• Project experience - Previous experience either leading or having a senior role in projects (onboarding projects preferred)
• Third Level qualification desirable
