PwC Service Delivery Center (SDC) is one of the largest companies in the BPO/SSC sector in Poland and on the local market. SDC has two offices, located in Katowice and Opole, and employs over 2,000 people who provide services to approximately 50 PwC offices around the world. The company supports over 70 global processes within the PwC Network in three areas of service: Assurance, Tax, and Internal Firm Services.
RTM (Remote Team Member) representatives provide comprehensive support in a wide range of Assurance activities, acting as an "extension" of the audit team, and performing tasks tailored to the clients’ needs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing and reviewing audit procedures, supporting the delivery of high‑quality audit work for international engagement teams, and acting as a key point of contact within project workstreams.
As an Audit Senior, you’ll guide junior team members, contribute to process efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Review and quality control of less experienced team members’ work and providing coaching and feedback
• Performing audit procedures in accordance with professional standards and internal methodology
• Developing knowledge materials (e.g., guidance, checklists, process descriptions) to support team capability building
• Identifying knowledge gaps within the team or work processes and collaborating with managers to design and implement solutions to address them
• Actively contributing to creating and updating training content to enhance audit quality and operational efficiency
• Identifying process improvements and supporting digital audit tools use
• Contributing to a positive team culture and knowledge sharing within the center
Our requirements:
• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in providing audit services or experience in accounting
• Professional certification: In the process of obtaining the title of CPA or ACCA member
• Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and assurance methodologies
• Analytical skills: Attention to detail combined with analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
• Experience in auditing companies within the financial sector is an advantage
• Language skills: English – fluent, , German or French – advantageous (preferred but not mandatory)
• Communication: Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Work environment: Experience working in a multicultural, international environment is an advantage
