We are looking for a Senior Associate - Ad Operations to join our growing team!

What will you do as a Senior Associate - Ad Operations ::
• Manage day-to-day programmatic operations across demand partners.
• Drive programmatic revenue growth through continuous optimisation.
• Monitor and optimise key metrics such as eCPM, fill rate, match rate, viewability, and bid performance.
• Own operational relationships with programmatic partners (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges).
• Lead onboarding of new programmatic partners, including technical setup and testing.
• Troubleshoot delivery, bidding, and discrepancy issues.
• Coordinate with internal tech, product, and revenue teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare and share performance and revenue reports.

What are we looking for ::
• 1+ year of experience in Programmatic Operations.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of oRTB functionality and auction mechanics.
• Experience working with programmatic partners and platforms.
• Ability to analyse data and derive optimisation insights.
• Good communication skills for internal and external coordination.
