Senior Art Director – Key Art

We are always looking for talented creative production and postproduction professionals, that specialise in trailers, social and digital first campaigns, motion graphics, VFX & 3D animation.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Art Director – Key Art who thrives on execution. This role is for a highly skilled visual artist with exceptional Photoshop and compositing abilities, a sharp design eye, and the ability to take a poster from a rough comp all the way to final finishing.

The ideal candidate is execution-first: someone who can dive deep into design, polish art to perfection, and deliver world-class visuals that meet the highest international standards. Comfort with AI-powered creative tools, advanced retouching, and heavy manipulation work is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design Execution: Create world-class key art across film, OTT, gaming, and lifestyle campaigns with a strong emphasis on visual craft and storytelling.

• Poster Finishing: Own the full pipeline—taking concepts from rough compositions through to final polished artwork, ensuring all finishing details are release-ready.

• Photoshop Mastery: Execute high-end photo manipulations, retouching, compositing, and visual effects—pushing visuals to a cinematic level.

• AI Integration: Use AI-powered tools (e.g., MidJourney, Firefly, Runway, Stable Diffusion) for ideation, exploration, and accelerating workflows.

• Visual Storytelling: Build striking compositions that convey narrative, mood, and tone aligned with client and campaign strategy.

• Trend Awareness: Stay on top of entertainment and pop-culture design aesthetics to produce fresh, fan-relevant work.

• Collaboration: Work closely with creative leads and international teams (India, US, UK) to deliver assets within deadlines.

• Full-Cycle Execution: Independently manage projects end-to-end—design, refinements, finishing, and final delivery.

• Toolset Range: Confident in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and comfortable with 3D/AI plug-ins or extensions when needed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience: 7–9 years of direct, hands-on design experience in entertainment art or related industries.

• Execution Strength: A portfolio that demonstrates heavy Photoshop manipulation, poster finishing, and polished design work.

• Tech Skills: Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with bonus points for 3D and AI-driven workflows.

• Creative Drive: Passion for entertainment, gaming, and cinematic design.

• Mindset: Detail-obsessed, execution-focused, problem-solving attitude with ability to self-manage projects end-to-end.

• Communication: Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams, articulating design rationale clearly.

This is a WFH role, and we require the successful candidate to be based in Mumbai as they should be available and able to come to office for shoot/work.
