Senior Art Director

We are seeking a Senior Art Director who obsesses over craft and finds inspiration everywhere: cinema, photography, painting, video games, or design. Someone who lingers on light, framing, and composition, and who is endlessly curious about the makers behind the work that moves us.

A maker at heart, you thrive on shaping ideas into striking realities. From sketchbook to AI, pitch to production, you bring imagination into form. You believe beauty matters—whether in a single social post or a cinematic brand film—because beauty moves people.

As part of the Copenhagen studio, you’ll collaborate with copywriters, designers, and technologists to create meaningful, culturally relevant work that resonates.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transform strategic insights into compelling visual ideas.

• Collaborate across disciplines to shape concepts into finished executions.

• Drive the look, feel, and craft of projects, ensuring quality at every stage.

• Contribute to new business pitches and define the creative vision.

• Experiment with new mediums and tools, including AI, to expand creative possibilities.

QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS

• A portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and craft excellence.

• Proven experience turning ideas into beautiful, finished work.

• Curiosity that spans across mediums, cultures, and technologies.

• Strong communication skills in English (Danish a plus, not required).

• Collaborative and open, generous with ideas and feedback.

• Ambition to learn, experiment, and refine continuously.
