Senior Architectural Millwork Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Millwork Engineer to join our Wellington, FL team. This full-time position offers a salary range of $85,000–$110,000 and focuses on leading the design, drafting, and engineering of high-end architectural millwork, cabinetry, and custom furniture for upscale residential projects. The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical mastery, team leadership, and a meticulous approach to deliver superior craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and engineer detailed shop drawings for luxury residential millwork projects in Wellington, FL.
• Lead and mentor the drafting team, performing quality reviews, redlines, and ensuring accuracy in all project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and fabricators to keep projects on schedule and maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop material take-offs, parts lists, and conduct shop inspections to confirm constructability.
• Maintain and update as-built drawings and support comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:
• Extensive experience with custom millwork, cabinetry, joinery, and material selection.
• Proficient in coordinating hardware, appliances, and integrated systems.
• Demonstrated leadership managing drafting or engineering teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
