Η MANDYNAMIC αναζητά Senior Architect εκ μέρους Αρχιτεκτονικού Γραφείου, στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Αρμοδιότητες:

• Εκπόνηση και διαχείριση αρχιτεκτονικών μελετών
• Έκδοση οικοδομικών αδειών
• Διαχείριση και τακτοποίηση αυθαιρέτων
• Εφαρμογή και άριστη γνώση ΝΟΚ και πολεοδομικής νομοθεσίας
• Σχεδιασμός και ανάπτυξη αρχιτεκτονικών σχεδίων
• Συνεργασία με μηχανικούς άλλων ειδικοτήτων και δημόσιες υπηρεσίες

Requirements:
• Πτυχίο Αρχιτέκτονα Μηχανικού
• Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 7 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
• Πολύ καλή γνώση ΝΟΚ και διαδικασιών αυθαιρέτων
• Εμπειρία στην έκδοση οικοδομικών αδειών
• Άριστη γνώση αρχιτεκτονικών σχεδιαστικών προγραμμάτων (Revit, Archicad , twinmotion, 3ds max, κ.ά.)
• Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης έργων
