We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Architect - Landscape to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing complex landscape architecture projects, from concept development to implementation, while ensuring sustainable and innovative design solutions that enhance urban environments.

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of large-scale landscape architecture projects
• Develop and present innovative design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental specialists to create integrated design solutions
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and adhere to local environmental regulations
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture
• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions
• Ensure design quality and consistency across all project phases
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
• Professional license or registration as a Landscape Architect
• Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
• Advanced proficiency in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and environmental regulations
• Expertise in urban planning and design principles
• Familiarity with local flora, climate conditions, and environmental factors specific to Saudi Arabia
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
