What you’ll achieve

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of machine learning, cloud infrastructure, model lifecycle management, and enterprise-grade AI system design. 

You Will: 

• Design and build end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to production deployment. 

• Guide the adoption of best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and industry regulations 

• Guide the development and deployment of machine learning models into production environments using modern MLOps practices. 

• Optimize model performance and infrastructure for scale, cost, and latency. 

• Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks and contribute to technical decision-making and roadmap planning. 

Essential Requirements 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; a Ph.D. is a plus  

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML projects in production environments. 

• Proven experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs. 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like HuggingFace, LlamaIndex, Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras 

Desirable Requirements

• Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI, or RAG architectures. 

• Experience with distributed training or data processing (e.g., Spark, Dask). 

• Exposure to AI ethics, model fairness, or responsible AI practices.
