We are looking for a full-time, Senior Arboricultural Team Leader to join our dedicated team of Arborists. The position would suit a highly motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual looking to further develop their Arboriculture career with leadership responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and organise a team of up to five members of staff at any one time.
Be comfortable communicating with clients.
Ensuring a high standard of professionalism is always maintained.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 5 years in the industry.
Have relevant NPTC qualifications (i.e: CS: 30, 31,32, 38, 39 and 41).
Have a MEWP ticket and a Traffic Management NWRSA.
Be able to demonstrate safe and competent climbing and working practices.
Have a certificate of competence in Brushwood Chipper Operations.
Have a full UK driving licence and the ability to tow.
Desirable:
LGV/HGV – C1 or C1 + E on a licence.
An academic tree qualification.
An NPTC aerial tree pruning CS40 ticket.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 7.30am until 4.30pm.
