Senior Applied Researcher, LLM Agents

We are looking for top-tier applied researchers or our AI Algorithms team to help us advance the future of agentic LLM technology. What You'll Be Doing:

• Build complex agentic systems featuring multi-agent coordination, long-horizon reasoning, and sophisticated planning frameworks.

• Develop full-scale solutions, including domain-specific enterprise agents spanning various use cases.

• Develop innovative AI capabilities to improve LLM agents in terms of efficiency, stability and more.

• Create modern techniques to improve agents’ performance including multi agent search, post training and sophisticated evaluation pipeline. 

What We Need To See:

• BSc/MSc/PhD in CS/CE or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 8+ years in applied ML/AI or large-scale systems

• Proficient in Python; skilled in agentic frameworks, tool use, RAG pipelines, and model adaptation.

• Proficiency in LLM architecture building blocks.

• Excellence in communication and facilitation: aligning diverse collaborators, documenting decisions/assumptions, and influencing without authority.

• Proactive, independent, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at handling uncertainty to provide practical, gradual benefits. 

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

• Strong software development experience

• Experience with deploying agentic system at scale

• Proven research capabilities including publications, patents, blogs etc.

• Background in improving LLM efficiency and/or cost during inference.
