For our customer based in Malta - a European Institution, we are looking for a Senior Application Solutions Architect (Dynamics 365 CRM) to join our team in the area of international protection - supporting Member States in applying the package of EU laws that governs asylum, international protection, and reception conditions. You will play a crucial role in providing practical, legal, technical, advisory, and operational assistance to achieve harmonized asylum practices.

This role can be performed from any EU country, either mostly remote or in a hybrid setup including days onsite in Malta.
Please note: the first 5 days of onboarding must take place onsite at the client’s premises in Valletta, Malta.
A clean criminal record is required at the time of application.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and contribute to the solution architecture, design, development, testing, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps–based applications.

• Advise on and support the definition of architecture building blocks, data models, integration strategies, and migration patterns.

• Participate in drafting software specifications and system requirements.

• Assess, propose, prototype, develop, test, configure, and maintain technical solutions aligned with the prioritised backlog.

• Support configuration, customization, and integration using:

• Dynamics 365 Customizations

• Microsoft Dynamics Plugins

• Web Services

• Contribute to the evolution and optimization of existing Power Apps applications.

• Provide senior consultancy on technical challenges related to Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and associated governance processes.

• Identify and communicate findings related to insufficient configurations, including issues with the security data model.

• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation:

• Enterprise architecture

• Solution architecture

• Operational manuals

• Version and release documentation

• User guides

• Participate in requirements‑gathering sessions and user trainings.

• Deliver user support and training on Dynamics 365 and Power Apps tools.
