• Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Inbetriebnahme und den Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung einer Applikationslandschaft für die Halbleiterfabrik der Zukunft.
• Betriebsprozesse und Deployment-Strategien werden von Ihnen eigenverantwortlich nach modernen Prinzipien wie DevOps und SRE definiert und umgesetzt. 
• Sie betreuen das Änderungswesen, setzen Anforderungen zuverlässig um, bewerten die Risiken und erstellen die Dokumentation.
• An der Erreichung von SLA-Zielen für Verfügbarkeit arbeiten proaktiv und betreuen das IT Incident Management und das Disaster Recovery.
• Sie arbeiten agil, nehmen an Retrospektiven teil und verbessern kontinuierlich das System und die Prozesse.
• Außerdem unterstützen Sie die Sicherstellung der Aspekte wie Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Innovation in Bereich IT Betrieb.

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium in der Fachrichtung Mathematik, Statistik, Informatik oder vergleichbarer Studienabschluss

Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung einer CIM-Applikationslandschaft, idealerweise in Applikationen für Experiment Management System, oder ähnliches sowie in der Integration und Weiterentwicklung von Applikationen und Drittsystemen, Programmierkenntnisse in einer Skript- oder Hochsprache (z.B. PowerShell, Bash, C#, Python, Java) sowie Datenbankkenntnisse in Oracle, erste Erfahrungen in Cloud Computing wünschenswert

Persönlichkeit: teamfähig, motiviert, kommunikationsstark, sehr gutes Organisations- und Problemlösungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Arbeitsweise: selbständig, eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig

Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
