We're in need of a seasoned Angular wizard, not someone who merely dabbled in the basics. This position is for those who truly understand Angular down to its most obscure corners and have mastered web development as a craft. If that's you, keep reading:
What You'll Bring to the Team
Deep Expertise in Angular: You know Angular like the back of your hand, including advanced topics like Change Detection, Content Projection, Zones, Interceptors & Backends, Route-Reuse, Custom Directives, Injection, Signals, RxJS best practices... and everything in between.
Extensive Web Development Knowledge: Browser APIs, security concerns, native JS/TS nuances, CSS/SASS intricacies, and HTML5 mastery are all second nature to you. You should be very comfortable with the DOM's inner workings.
State Management Expert: Solid understanding of reactive state management (ngrx, or similar Redux patterns) and how to implement it effectively.
Performance Debugging Skills: You've tackled profiling, heap analysis, detached elements, Lighthouse reports, Core Web Vitals, and cumulative layout shifts (CLS). You know your way around DevTools like it’s your second home.
Responsive Design Guru: You're up to the challenge of transforming a mature codebase into a fully responsive, cross-device experience.
Git Mastery: Comfortable with advanced Git workflows, you appreciate and adhere to conventional commits, best practices, and semantic versioning.
Agile Rockstar: Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Nice-to-Haves
Azure DevOps Experience: Knowledge of boards, repos, pull requests, wikis, artifacts, and more would be super handy.
Pipeline Management: Any experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
Design Systems & Component Libraries: Experience with Design Systems, developing or integrating Native JavaScript Web Components, and leveraging component libraries to build scalable and reusable UI elements.
React Exposure: Got React 18+ experience? We’d love to hear about it.
D3 Experience: Experience with data visualization using D3.js or similar libraries would be a significant plus!
Other Requirements
Travel: Occasional travel to our headquarters in Baden, AG, Switzerland.
Language: Fluent, professional-level English is a must (95% of our communication is in English).
