Coupang’s recruiters play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of positions and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will also function as an ambassador, championing Coupang’s leadership principles and corporate culture

• Recruit talent for Coupang’s rapidly expanding business by engaging with candidates, gathering market intelligence, communicating insights, influencing stakeholders, and driving best practices across our recruitment organization.

Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees.
