As a Senior Αndroid Developer you will be a part of our rapidly growing IT team that is developing our trading native Αndroid application.

Tech stack:

Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, REST, event streaming: MQTT, Google Protobuf, Dagger Hilt, Room

Responsibilities

Write clean and sustainable code based on user stories, business and technical requirements

Contribute to architecture design, development patterns, and best practices

Collaborate with the product management team on requirements review, suggesting solutions and estimating efforts

Cover code with unit tests

Requirements

University Degree in Computer Science or other IT related field

Proven experience in developing and refactoring complex Android applications, with strong expertise in architecture design patterns and data structures

Intermediate or above level of the English Language. Greek and/or Russian is an advantage

Solid knowledge of network protocols, message brokers, event streaming, and API integration using gRPC or RESTful services

Demonstrated ability to enhance application performance, focusing on efficient API utilization, multithreading, and network operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and challenges

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members

Experience with iOS and Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus
