Senior Analytics Consultant/Statistical Software Trainer - APAC

You’ll lead impactful consulting engagements, deliver advanced analytics training, and partner across teams to ensure customers successfully adopt and scale Minitab’s solutions. This role is based in Sydney, Australia and will work with customers across Asia Pacific (APAC) both virtually and face-to-face.

What You’ll Do

Be a Trusted Advisor to Our Customers

•
Lead high-impact consulting engagements that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable results

•
Build strong, long-term customer relationships by deeply understanding goals, constraints, and success metrics

•
Facilitate client working sessions to align expectations, scope, and timelines

•
Identify opportunities to expand value through additional products or services

Lead World-Class Training & Enablement

•
Deliver engaging virtual and on-site training, including software deployment and advanced analytics across the APAC region.

•
Design and deliver educational curricula aligned to the customer onboarding and engagement lifecycle

•
Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes

•
Support industry events and customer discovery sessions as a Minitab ambassador

Create and Evolve Analytics Content

•
Partner with senior leaders and fellow consultants to develop and refine enterprise-level training programs

•
Contribute content to Minitab’s educational subscription and internal learning platforms

•
Test and evaluate new learning materials to ensure relevance, quality, and impact

Collaborate Across the Business

•
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product Development, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs

•
Provide feedback that influences product direction, enablement materials, and customer success standards

•
Help evolve global services best practices to keep Minitab at the forefront of analytics education and consulting

What You Bring

•
Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Six Sigma Black Belt, or related field (or equivalent experience)

•
3+ years delivering training, consulting, or technical education

•
Strong knowledge of applied statistics and analytics

•
Experience with tools such as Minitab, JMP, SPSS, SAS, Python, or R

•
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

•
Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally internationally

•
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred
