Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – QA with strong experience in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and ETL/Data Warehouse testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating closely with development and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Understand business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases

•
Perform end-to-end testing across all phases of STLC

•
Conduct ETL testing including source-to-target data validation, data transformation checks, and reconciliation

•
Validate data completeness, accuracy, and integrity across databases and reports

•
Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing

•
Write and execute SQL queries for backend and data validation

•
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools

•
Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues

•
Prepare test reports, defect metrics, and status updates

•
Support automation initiatives where applicable (good to have)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•
3+ years of experience in Manual Testing

•
Strong knowledge of STLC concepts and processes

•
Hands-on experience in ETL / Data Warehouse Testing

•
Proficiency in SQL for complex data validation

•
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)

•
Good understanding of databases, data models, and reporting layers

•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
