BryceTech is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Department of War's (DoW) prototyping and experimentation efforts.  The ideal Analyst would have extensive experience supporting major technology programs (>$100 million).
Key responsibilities include: 
• Support the planning, coordinating, and execution of a large-scale multi-year demonstration and experimentation campaigns
• Provide support across a portfolio of technologies including AI/ML, cyber, C5ISRT, autonomy, hypersonics,and multi-domain operations
• Plan, develop, update, implement, and recommend best practices for technology and program protection
• Provide the technical support in engineering prototype development projects with technical rigor and best practices
• Support System Requirements Review, System Functional Review, Test Readiness Review, Prototype Design Review, Demonstration Readiness Review and Program Reviews with interagency
partners 
• Support the development of a strategy and framework for identifying prototype mission capabilities into demonstration or experimentation venues 
• Build interest and engagement from Military Service to establish Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) to facilitate the transition of prototype capabilities
• Support the full data management lifecycle, including acquiring, validating, storing, protecting, and processing data to ensure the accessibility, reliability, security, and timeliness of data for users
• Bachelor's in engineering or physical sciences and an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
• 15+ years’ experience in SAP project management
• 10+ years' experience operating in highly classified environments (SCI/SAP)
• 10+ years' experience supporting analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of technical capabilities
• 5+ years' experience in the analysis and demonstration of technical capabilities
• Experience researching and integrating technologies that support the SAP security processes
• Experience supporting DoW services at senior leadership levels, preferably experience within Pentagon R&D or Acquisition
• Experience working within or supporting OUSW(R&E), Joint Staff, or Service-level organizations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
