Key Responsibilities1. Reporting & Data AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports as per business requirements.Analyze trends and highlight deviations, risks, and opportunities.Build and maintain performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.Present insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.2. Data ManagementCollect, clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in all reports and systems.Maintain master data files and version controls.3. Process AutomationAutomate recurring reports and workflows using Excel macros, Power Query, Power Automate, or VBA.Identify gaps and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort.4. Stakeholder CollaborationWork with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, and other teams to understand reporting needs.Support leadership with analytical inputs for reviews, planning, and forecasting.Provide timely responses to data and reporting queries.5. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain documentation for reporting logic, data definitions, and process flows.Ensure compliance with organizational data security and confidentiality norms.Required SkillsTechnical SkillsAdvanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros).Experience with reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.Strong knowledge of SQL (preferred but not mandatory).Ability to work with large datasets and data visualization.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving ability.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Attention to detail and high accuracy.Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.2–5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis roles (can be adjusted based on level).Experience in automation and BI reporting preferred.Key CompetenciesData‑driven mindsetProcess orientationBusiness acumenCollaboration & stakeholder managementContinuous improvement attitude
