Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and curious professional to lead efforts across marketing messaging, funnel optimization, and high-impact strategic initiatives. This role will play a key part in increasing lead conversion by reshaping how we communicate with prospects and how we operate across the funnel — from MQL to SQL.You will be responsible for both the quality of messaging across marketing channels and the strategic decisions(including on-ground execution) that drive pipeline growth, working across regions, teams, and functions. One of the priority initiatives under your leadership will include optimizing the marketing-to-sales funnel within EMEA, with opportunities to scale learnings across all regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and evolve messaging across all marketing channels (email, landing pages, paid, content) to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.
• Identify funnel inefficiencies and own the strategy to close the gaps from MQL to SQL.
• Design and maintain clear funnel dashboards to drive performance insights and transparency.
• Drive strategic initiatives that align marketing efforts with pipeline goals across global regions, for example, plan and execute GTM for France .
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, demand gen, sales, marketing ops, and regional teams to implement changes that scale.
• Instill a learner mindset across teams, encourage experimentation, and promote fast iteration on messaging and process improvements.
You are a right fit if :
• Analytically strong . You’re fluent in funnel metrics, love spotting trends, and making data-informed decisions.
• Strategic thinker . You can zoom out and define big-picture initiatives that align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Curious and proactive . You ask the right questions (however stupid they may sound), challenge assumptions, and follow through.
• An excellent communicator. You craft messaging that resonates, and you write clearly, concisely, and with impact.
• Organized and self-driven. You bring structure, clarity, and execution to every initiative you lead.
• Most importantly, you have the grit of a USS Enterprise crew member
