What you’ll achieve

Implement and maintain enterprise data governance frameworks, including data quality controls, metadata management, lineage tracking, and stewardship processes.
Design and enforce data standards and policies across systems and platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.
Partner with DMG Team, integrating data catalogs, master data solutions, and classification/tagging workflows into HR Data Governance Platform.

Essential Requirements

Strong understanding of data management principles such as data quality, metadata management, master data, data lineage, and data classification.
Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Purview) and the ability to operationalize standards across platforms.
Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams, including data engineers, analysts, legal, and security, to ensure governance is adopted and embedded.
