Job Description
Quallent is actively recruiting a Senior Analyst to support Pricing and Government Reporting within our Contracting team.
The Person | You’re analytical, organized, and proactive — with a sharp eye for detail and a deep sense of ownership. You enjoy working with data but understand the power of cross-functional collaboration. You bring experience with pricing models, government reporting, and pharmaceutical compliance, and you’re comfortable balancing recurring responsibilities with ad hoc project work.
As a Senior Analyst, you will:
Conduct regular audits of pricing.
Analyze and recommend pricing for new molecules and supplier changes.
Deliver pricing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Communicate approved pricing changes to internal operations teams.
Create and distribute quarterly pricing reports after appropriate approvals.
Compile and submit required federal and state reports.
Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant pricing regulations
Act as back-up for maintaining the Contracting Tracker
Provide administrative and analytical support to the contracting function
Manage inquiries from the Quallent Notices inbox
Liaise with vendors for government submissions
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc reporting
Education & Experience | You have a strong academic foundation likely a degree in Business, Finance, Public Health, or a related field paired with 3 to 5 years of experience. Direct experience in pharmaceutical pricing, government programmes, or health care analytics would be advantageous. You should be highly proficient at Excel, understanding pricing metrics and confident navigating complex data sets and regulatory requirements.
