The Roles Profile is:
Supports the planning and delivery of global share plan programmes across multiple business areas and regions through enhanced data processing and analytics. This role requires collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups including employees, People teams, external service providers and Business Manager communities. Global Share Plans services our internal customers to the highest standard within a highly codified governance framework which touches on legal, regulatory, tax and broader People aspects. The initial period of this fixed-term contract role would be 12 months.
The Key Accountabilities are:
• Supports the Senior Manager, Global Share Plans in all aspects of annual/cyclical share plan activity and transformation projects.
• Works closely with the share plan administrator and internal stakeholder teams, including Payroll, Group Finance, Group Tax, Company Secretariat, People Partners and Global Mobility, to ensure smooth operation of the share plans programme, including accurate record keeping, data processing and data maintenance.
• Supports LSEG partners by providing business insights through share plan data analysis.
• Supports and operates regulatory processes, including share dealing permissions and market disclosures in relation to share plan transactions.
• Develops skills and experience to become first point of contact / trusted advisor on share plan queries.
The Experience is:
• Specialist knowledge of share plans required, including current EquatePlus platform and systems-based knowledge and experience.
• Collects, analyses and interprets data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word desirable.
• Demonstrates a customer-centric approach, with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical and numerical reasoning along with strong problem-solving skills, including close attention to detail.
