Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to translate complex data sets into actionable strategic insights. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from gathering business requirements, to optimizing data modeling to delivering high-fidelity visualizations.

As a mid-level professional with 3-7 years of experience, you will move beyond basic reporting to design comprehensive, scalable business solutions. You will serve as a key technical partner to our leadership team, ensuring data integrity across all platforms and delivering the clarity required to drive informed, high-stakes decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Data Modeling & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and sets that serve as the "source of truth" for the organization.

• Dashboard Development: Create intuitive, high-impact visualizations that tell a compelling story.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a "data translator." You’ll work with departments like Marketing, Finance, or Ops to gather requirements and understand their KPIs and build solutions that generate actionable insights.

• Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize query and dashboard performance to ensure successful data refreshes, uptime, and availability for business users.

• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data definitions, lineage, and business logic.

​Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 3-7 years of experience as a business intelligence developer.

• Highly proficient with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), Power BI is preferred.

• Highly proficient SQL.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and leverage data gathered from a variety of systems with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to communicate dashboard outputs and functionality, and to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience analyzing and data storytelling to provide actionable insights.

• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify and address operational challenges.
