Quallent is actively recruiting a Senior Analyst to support our Business Analytics team.
The Person | A driven and results-oriented professional with a solid background in Data Analytics and a proven ability to develop data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large datasets and relational databases, with a demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insights. Familiarity with AI tools and techniques—particularly in enhancing analysis, automating reporting, and supporting data-informed decision-making—would be considered an asset.
As a Senior Analyst you will:
· Work closely with business leaders and the Senior Advisor, Business Analytics to provide strategic direction using advanced data analytics and AI
· Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI and analytics can drive measurable business impact
· Develop and implement analytic solutions by leveraging data science, AI models, and emerging technologies
· Utilize AI tools to automate routine tasks, generate insights, and support business process improvement and service-level reporting
· Drive decision-making and execution based on data, facts, and AI-assisted analysis across various departments
· Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of data operation systems with AI-enhanced capabilities
· Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure relevant and high-quality data is captured across the organization
· Complete day-to-day tasks independently, with access to guidance as needed from more experienced team members
· Anticipate future data needs and potential issues through proactive planning and analysis
· Gather results and prepare reports, incorporating both traditional and AI-generated insights, for distribution to suppliers and internal stakeholders
· Ensure production levels and performance targets are achieved, with effective AI-driven processing controls in place
Education & Experience | A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. The successful candidate will possess 2–5 years of experience in the application of methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases. Proficiency in analyzing existing systems and recommending or developing effective software solutions is essential. A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of emerging trends in artificial intelligence and data analytics will be regarded as a distinct advantage.
