Flora Food Group is seeking a Country Lead – Bill to Cash to oversee and elevate the end‑to‑end BTC process within our Finance Shared Services organization. This role is responsible for managing our BPO partner, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and driving process excellence across Billing, Collections, Credit Management, Cash Application, Customer Claims, and Disputes. The position plays a critical part in safeguarding compliance, improving process health, strengthening reporting discipline, and embedding a continuous improvement culture. The role also partners with Finance, Tax, Treasury, IT, Markets, and senior leadership to ensure accurate, efficient, and cost‑effective BTC operations that enable business performance.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
Strong functional knowledge of the Bill to Cash cycle, including Billing, AR, Collections, Credit, Disputes, Cash Application, and process performance management across a shared services or BPO environment.
Ability to manage BPO partners and cross‑functional stakeholders, fostering a ‘One Team’ mindset while ensuring alignment to SLAs, KPIs, compliance standards, and the agreed Target Operating Model.
Experience supporting transformation and continuous improvement, including Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, root‑cause analysis, recovery planning, knowledge management, and process documentation.
Advanced analytical and system proficiency, including SAP S4HANA (AR), MS Office, and exposure to automation/RPA, BTC tools, Power BI, HighRadius, or similar technologies — enabling data‑driven decisions and insight delivery.
