Position: Senior Marketplaces Graphic Designer – Amazon Storefront
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

Scope of the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can lead the creative execution of our Amazon storefront and product listings. This role requires deep familiarity with Amazon’s design standards and a strong ability to translate brand identity into high-performing visual assets. You’ll collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure all listings—both our own and those of retail partners—are optimized for clarity, compliance, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean up and elevate all Amazon listings while staying fully compliant with platform guidelines
• Create design mockups inspired by reference pages and storefront layouts
• Support web listings across Amazon and retail partners, ensuring proper setup of images and content
• Develop graphics and infographics that enhance product storytelling and drive engagement
• Contribute to additional brand assets such as flyers, catalogs, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and performance across channels

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with marketplace or e-commerce brands
• Strong portfolio of Amazon storefronts, product pages, or similar retail platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and marketplace design tools
• Understanding of Amazon compliance standards and listing optimization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Fluent in English with strong communication and feedback integration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for Amazon A+ content and storefronts
• Familiarity with product storytelling and conversion-focused design
• Ability to create mockups quickly based on reference materials
• Comfort working with international teams and remote workflows
• Experience with additional brand assets (flyers, catalogs, packaging)

Mockup Request & Paid Trial

All candidates will be asked to complete a mockup task based on the following references:

• Kitsch Argan Milk Leave-In Conditioner Spray
• Kitsch Smoothing Air Dry Cream
• Kitsch Amazon Storefront Homepage

Goal: Generate design mockups inspired by these product pages and storefront layout.
Note: You will be paid for the mockup task, even if you are not selected for the role.
