We are looking for a Senior Airworthiness Engineer to join our Engineering team in Estonia (Tallinn), Latvia (remote) or Lithuania (Vilnius).

The Senior Airworthiness Engineer oversees, develops, and coordinates all technical services projects, with a special focus on determining airworthiness and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and purchase/redelivery conditions during aircraft deliveries, lease returns, and repositioning projects.

Main responsibilities

Lead the execution of assigned technical services projects

Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients

Ensure compliance with technical services processes and procedures, holding the unit accountable for adherence

Perform physical inspection to determine assets' physical condition and compliance with agreed legal conditions

Collaborate with the Technical Services Manager to drive the strategic growth of the unit

Assess new service requests and business opportunities, oversee the initiation of new services

Advise on manpower and resource planning of the department

Main Requirements

University/aeronautical degree of aviation education

3-5 years of experience within aviation, preferably with Western-built commercial aircraft

Great project and team management skills, including communication and interpersonal skills

Proven competence in workload management, workforce coordination, and resource planning

Proven ability to manage communication with civil aviation authorities

Knowledge of EASA Part- CAMO, Part-M, and industry best practices for airworthiness

Experience with multiple aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, 2-REG etc.)

Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulatory requirements at the workplace

Experience with IMS like OASES, AMOS, GANNET is beneficial

Ability to travel on short notice (mainly within EU)
