🎯 Role Purpose

To lead and execute high-quality multimedia productions using artificial intelligence tools across all creative stages — from ideation to delivery.

The role focuses on hands-on execution, creative innovation, and AI-powered media production within the studio environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Execute creative briefs and concepts provided by management, transforming them into visual and video outputs that align with brand identity.

 

• Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) using AI tools such as RunwayML, CapCut AI, Pika Labs, and Descript.

 

• Design high-quality visual assets (posts, stories, banners, campaigns) using Canva Pro, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Figma.

 

• Generate creative ideas and storylines with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Notion AI.

 

• Develop AI-driven production templates and automation workflows to speed up the creative process and ensure consistency.

 

• Enhance audio quality and synchronize voiceovers using tools such as Adobe Podcast AI and Cleanvoice.

 

• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure timely and coherent project delivery.

 

• Manage AI-based production pipelines within Notion, ClickUp, or similar workflow systems.

 

• Experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques to elevate production quality and creative output.

 

• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals, captions, and media deliverables.

 

• Prepare and present performance reports using analytics tools like Metricool or Meta Business Suite when needed.

 

• Train and guide junior creatives on how to effectively integrate AI into their daily workflows.

 

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in media production, design, or video editing.

 

• Proven expertise in AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, CapCut, and Canva AI.

 

• Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling.

 

• Ability to transform creative ideas into full media outputs independently.

 

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

 

• Familiarity with current trends in social media formats, visual content, and short-form storytelling.

 

• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain creative quality.

 

• Collaborative mindset with the capability to coordinate with multiple creative roles.
