We are seeking Senior AI Product Owner focus on AI strategy, solution architecture, LLM/ML product delivery, and governance
(A hybrid role blending deep product ownership with technical architectural insight.) .

You will define and deliver AI products and platforms that create measurable business impact. As a senior IC, you combine product thinking with architectural depth—translating business problems into AI/ML solutions, designing system patterns, owning roadmaps, and ensuring operational reliability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Own the AI product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more AI/LLM initiatives.

Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, architectures, and integration plans.

Work closely with engineering, data, UX, and compliance teams to ensure scalable and secure AI implementation.

Evaluate model feasibility, risks, data needs, and deployment constraints.

Define KPIs, monitoring frameworks, and governance for AI lifecycle management (quality, drift, safety, explainability).

Drive validation, experimentation, and POCs to test new AI capabilities.

Simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders and make data-driven prioritization decisions.

Serve as a technical thought partner for teams building AI products—without managing people directly.

Professional experience

7+ years of experience designing product strategy, roadmap, and execution initiatives . (Required)

Experience with RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning workflows . (Required)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. (Required).

Master Business Administration (Preferred).

Hard Skills

Strong understanding of modern AI/ML/LLM architectures, data flows, and model lifecycle. (Required).

Proven experience delivering AI/ML products end-to-end as a PO, architect, or technical lead. (Required).

Ability to create product roadmaps, functional specs, and architectural diagrams. ( Required).

Deep familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, vector stores, embeddings, and model integration patterns. (Required).

Strong grasp of regulatory, security, and risk considerations for AI systems. (Required).

Ability to run lightweight prototypes (Python, notebooks, no-code tools). (Preferred).

Financial services experience—especially in regulated, high-risk domains. (Preferred).

Soft skills

Delivery of high-impact AI features with clear business outcomes. (Required).

Strategic communication and stakeholder alignment skills. (Required).

Reduced operational risk through strong guardrails and architecture. (Required).

High stakeholder adoption and satisfaction with AI products. (Required).
