Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer specializing in agent-based systems and advanced AI architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing scalable, production-grade multi-agent systems, implementing advanced reasoning capabilities, and building robust, secure, and intelligent AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & System Design

• Designing multi-agent architectures (supervisor, hierarchical, collaborative patterns)
• Building fault-tolerant, production-grade agent systems with error recovery, fallback strategies, and human-in-the-loop escalation
• Architecting scalable RAG systems (hybrid search, query decomposition, agentic retrieval)
• Designing agent evaluation and benchmarking frameworks from scratch
• Security and safety patterns for autonomous agents (sandboxing, permission scoping, content filtering)

Advanced Agent Capabilities

• Complex workflow orchestration — agents that plan, delegate, self-correct, and iterate
• Multi-modal agent development (vision, audio, document understanding)
• Implementing advanced reasoning patterns (ReAct, reflection, tree-of-thought, self-critique loops)
• Building custom tool ecosystems — MCP servers, plugin architectures, dynamic tool selection
• Knowledge graph integration and structured knowledge management for agents
• Fine-tuning and distillation of models for domain-specific agent behaviors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 2- 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs or agent-based systems
• Strong experience in system design and scalable architecture
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases
• Familiarity with model fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment
