Job Description

We are looking for AI Engineers to design and deliver intelligent, agent-based solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed Generative AI into products and services, building scalable solutions that drive real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build agent-based AI solutions using LLMs and advanced frameworks
• Integrate Generative AI into production systems and business applications
• Develop APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask)
• Deploy AI applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies
• Optimize prompts, fine-tune LLMs, and implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
What You’ll Bring

• Strong proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM techniques (RAG, fine-tuning)
• Experience designing agent workflows (ReAct, Chain-of-Thought, planning)
• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Vertex AI, Claude SDK, or Microsoft Agent Framework
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization
• Solid understanding of MLOps/LLMOps best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience Levels

• Junior (1–2 years): Build agent tasks, develop and test prompts, support deployments
• Mid-Level (3–5 years): Design workflows, optimize prompts, mentor junior engineers
• Senior (5+ years): Architect multi-agent systems, define standards, lead large-scale deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Scrum or Project Management certification is a plus
• Immediate availability is advantageous
