Voucherify is looking for a Senior AI Engineer (Python) to help drive the evolution of our incentive and loyalty platform toward an AI-orchestrated future.

At Voucherify, we build a real-time, API-first incentive optimisation engine trusted by 350+ global brands, including John Deere, Michelin, BOSCH, Philips, easyJet, and Burger King. Our platform evaluates complex incentive logic at scale and powers automated decision-making across customer journeys.

In this senior role, you’ll work on applied AI and optimisation problems that run directly in production, designing multi-agent workflows, scalable AI services, and production-grade LLM pipelines (including RAG). Your work will directly shape how global teams automate and optimise promotions and loyalty programs.

Salary and Benefits

18,000 – 25,000 PLN gross (UoP) + annual bonus

We’re open to discussing the range for candidates with exceptional experience in bringing LLM agents into production.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to apply the latest advancements in AI to a real-world SaaS product with real users and measurable business impact.

You’ll use Python (with NodeJS as a plus) to build AI-powered services, integrate LLMs, and develop RAG and agent-based workflows that move quickly from idea to production. Rather than experimental prototypes, you’ll focus on systems that are reliable, observable, and scalable.

What You’ll Do

Build AI-powered backend services – design and maintain APIs and intelligent services in Python and NodeJS (NodeJS knowledge is a plus to help integrate with our core platform), making them robust, scalable, and production-ready.

Bring LLMs into production – integrate large language models with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agent-based workflows, using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or FastMCP.

Design smart orchestration – develop multi-agent workflows, communication layers, and orchestration logic to help automate and optimise promo and loyalty campaign management.

Connect the dots – ensure seamless and secure communication between AI modules, Voucherify’s core services, and external tools through event-driven interfaces.

Leverage the cloud – deploy and optimise microservices on AWS, making full use of Kubernetes and cloud-native best practices.

Collaborate & innovate – work side by side with frontend developers, system architects, Sales and product teams to deliver features that push the boundaries of AI in SaaS.

Continuously improve – tune performance, reliability, and fault tolerance, ensuring that what you build runs smoothly at enterprise scale.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of hands-on Python experience (bonus points if you also know NodeJS), preferably in AI, ML, or backend development.

experience designing and implementing RAG functionality and working with LLMs in production.

experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic frameworks and a passion for building tools that can “reason” and act.

Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native architectures.

Familiarity with vector databases and prompt engineering.

Experience with MCP servers (SSE, streaming, async communication).

Proven track record of deploying ML solutions into production environments and AWS (Kubernetes, scaling, monitoring).

Strong grasp of secure coding, encryption, and data protection in AI systems.
