• Internal value chain routing, organization, and optimization of garment manufacturing. Future analytics and machine learning functions for learning and optimization.

ONE primarily focuses on building a learning system that teaches optimally how to produce garments sustainably and without legacy restrictions.

About the role

As a Senior AI Engineer at Resonance, you will be deploying cutting-edge AI solutions for both internal processes and client facing products. This role focuses on pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI to help revolutionize the Fashion industry and deliver real value. You will be responsible for applying the state of the art while being extremely value focused. You will develop practical AI solutions, including applications of Machine Learning Models and Large Language Models initially focusing on Retrieval AugmentedGeneration (RAG). You will contribute in the design and implementation of these AI-driven systems, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and domain experts as well as different teams within Resonance.

This role is ideal for engineers that are passionate about applying technology to create meaningful and impactful solutions while also recognizing that delivering value and delighting customers trumps all else.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and deployment of software solutions that build innovative AI tools and models
• Build and maintain the data curation pipelines to feed machine learning models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and domain experts, to discover, build, and iterate on innovative features and products.
• Rapidly develop and iterate on proofs-of-concept to test new ideas and hypotheses to efficiently validate and evolve our software solutions in alignment with strategic objectives
• Stay up to date on emerging trends and advancements in AI, LLMs and software development best practices

Requirements:
About You

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or Machine Learning or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly-changing environments, with a proven track record of contributing significantly to the successful launch and scaling of new and innovative products, especially in a 0-1 setting.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, agent and RAG frameworks).
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage and work along stakeholders from diverse disciplines and varying levels of technical expertise. Ideally, adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for all audiences.
• Hands on experience with AI technologies, particularly in LLM-RAG and machine learning.
• Comfortable in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and the full end-to-end process of modern cloud-native software deployment (e.g., Kubernetes, GitOps)
