Senior AI Creator & Creative Lead

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is a cutting-edge venture studio at the forefront of AI-powered media production. They're reshaping the media landscape by merging human creativity with artificial intelligence to create stunning 2D/3D illustrations, innovative storytelling, cutting-edge animations, and groundbreaking AI movies. Their mission is to push the boundaries of creative expression through AI-powered media production.

We are seeking a senior-level creative professional to lead our AI content production team. This role combines hands-on AI content creation with project management and client collaboration responsibilities.

As a Senior AI Creator & Creative Lead, you will be the driving force behind our AI-powered creative projects. You'll bridge the gap between creative vision and execution, managing client relationships, coordinating production workflows, and producing high-quality AI-generated content. This is a player-coach role where you'll lead by example while guiding a team of AI creators.

Responsibilities:

• Client & Project Management (40%):

• Serve as primary creative contact for B2B clients, translating their vision into actionable project briefs

• Manage end-to-end project workflows from scoping to delivery

• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

• Conduct client presentations and creative reviews

• Scope projects accurately and set realistic expectations with clients

• Track project progress using project management tools (Monday, Asana, or similar) creation

• Hands-On AI Content Creation (40%):

• Lead the creation of AI-generated content including illustrations, animations, and video projects

• Develop innovative storytelling techniques that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies

• Execute AI ads and immersive media experiences from concept to completion

• Maintain high creative standards across all deliverables

• Stay at the forefront of AI developments and integrate new tools/techniques into production workflows

• Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize AI workflows for efficiency

• Team Leadership & Development (20%):

• Mentor and guide junior AI creators on best practices and techniques

• Establish creative quality standards and production workflows

• Conduct creative reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Contribute to hiring decisions and team skill development

• Lead brainstorming sessions and foster a collaborative creative culture

• Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for AI content production

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in video production, motion design, animation, or related creative fields

• Bachelor's degree in Creative Media, Digital Media, Visual Arts, Film Production, or related field

• Experience building creative workflows or production pipelines

• B2B client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients

• Portfolio demonstrating strong creative output and visual storytelling skills

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in generative AI tools (MidJourney, RunwayML, Pika, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Sora, or similar)

• Expert-level video editing skills (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)

• Strong understanding of 2D/3D animation workflows

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

• Comfortable with rapid iteration and adapting to new AI technologies

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a strong plus)

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work autonomously

• Creative vision combined with practical execution skills

• Collaborative team player who can also work independently
