Senior AI Content Creator/Creative Producer For a USA Client (Remote)

Our client is looking for a Senior AI Content Specialist across all LATAM to join their team full-time and help take their content and brand to the next level. This role focuses on creating high-quality AI-generated visuals, cinematic videos, and AI-powered written content, while helping shape the overall creative direction across multiple platforms.

This is not an entry-level AI role. We are looking for someone already experienced with AI tools and content production who can hit the ground running. Experience and execution quality will be evaluated quickly through initial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Visual & Video Creation: Produce high-quality AI-generated images and cinematic videos using the latest tools. Your output needs to be production-ready — not experimental.
• Content Writing & Scripting: Write engaging scripts, captions, and written content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our School community. You understand how to write for different platforms and audiences.
• Creative Strategy: Help shape what content we create and how we present it. You think about hooks, storytelling, pacing, and what performs well on each platform.
• Workflow Building: Create fast, repeatable systems to turn ideas and scripts into finished content. You’re always looking for ways to move faster without sacrificing quality.
• Platform Awareness: You know what works on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and community platforms. You build content with reach, retention, and virality in mind.
• Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the client and the rest of the team. Communication is key — you’re proactive, responsive, and take ownership of your work.

Requirements:
• Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality AI-generated work you personally created (spec work accepted).
• Expert-level prompting skills with clear understanding of visual quality, composition, and outcomes.
• Multi-tool fluency across multiple AI platforms, understanding strengths and limitations of each.
• Production mindset — deliver assets editors and teams can immediately use.
• Senior ownership — ability to manage creative projects end-to-end.
• High reliability and ability to work independently without constant direction.
• Flexibility and speed — comfortable delivering projects within 24–48 hour timelines when needed.
