We are looking for 3 Senior AI Engineers with real experience building and shipping autonomous agents to production using Python.

You will join a fast-moving, highly technical small team that is embedding AI agents into a rental management SaaS platform. These are not chatbots. These are autonomous business logic agents responsible for capabilities such as:

• Automatically listing equipment for sale based on ML models
• Revenue forecasting
• Depot balancing
• Accounts receivable automation
• Wrapping classical ML models and orchestrating internal APIs

This is a product-driven environment. We are specifically looking for engineers who have shipped real agents to production, not just experimental prototypes.

You will work within a proprietary AI SDLC where Anthropic Claude generates a significant portion of the code and the developer acts as the architect and system designer. It is critical that you are comfortable building agents and using AI to build them. You must be able to operate inside an established AI-first development workflow rather than importing your own stack or frameworks.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design, architect, and ship autonomous AI agents embedded within a large-scale rental and inventory management platform.

This is not a chatbot role.

You will build production-grade agents that execute autonomous business logic across operational, financial, and logistics workflows. These agents directly impact revenue optimization, asset utilization, financial automation, and operational efficiency.

The platform manages:

• Multi-location inventory and rental assets
• Contracts, billing, and financial operations
• Depot balancing and asset allocation
• Accounts receivable workflows
• E-commerce storefronts and customer portals
• API-driven integrations across internal systems

Your agents will:

• Automatically list equipment for sale based on ML-driven utilization and revenue signals
• Forecast revenue and demand patterns
• Optimize depot balancing decisions
• Automate accounts receivable and billing workflows
• Wrap scikit-learn models and integrate with internal APIs
• Operate reliably under real production constraints

This is a senior, high-ownership role. There is no PM assigning granular tickets. You will receive feature-level goals and are expected to architect, build, and ship end-to-end production systems.

We operate under an AI-assisted SDLC. Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models are deeply integrated into our development workflow. Developers act as architects who validate, refine, and productionize AI-generated code while ensuring system reliability and maintainability.

We are building a small, fast-moving team. We need builders who ship.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and ship autonomous AI agents in Python for production environments
• Translate business goals into reliable, executable AI systems
• Integrate classical ML models, especially those built with scikit-learn, into backend decision pipelines
• Design structured, deterministic agent workflows interacting with internal APIs
• Ensure observability, reliability, and measurable business outcomes
• Operate independently in a fast-paced environment with high ownership
• Work within an AI-assisted development workflow using Claude and OpenAI
• Perform live debugging, system validation, and production iteration

Desired Profile

Experience Level

• Senior-level engineer with proven production delivery
• Experience working in small, fast-moving teams
• Comfortable operating without heavy process or ticket-level supervision
• Demonstrated history of shipping systems end-to-end

Technical Skills

• Strong Python with real production experience
• Proven experience shipping AI agents or autonomous decision systems to production, not prototypes only
• Solid understanding of classical ML concepts, including:
• Gradient Boosted Trees
• Structured and tabular data modeling
• Feature engineering fundamentals

• Experience integrating ML models into backend systems
• Experience designing systems that interact with APIs and distributed services
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure
• Experience working with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI
• Strong system design, debugging, and architectural reasoning skills
• Comfortable working within an existing AI-driven development workflow rather than importing personal frameworks

AI-Assisted Development

• Experience using LLMs as coding collaborators in production environments
• Strong judgment when validating, correcting, and refining AI-generated code
• Ability to architect complex systems while leveraging AI acceleration
• Comfortable with live coding and real-time technical discussions
